Refund/ Exchange policy
1) All product must be in original packaging, unused & unworn condition;
2) Exchange/Refund must be made within 7 working days from the day received the parcel;
3) Any item(s) couriered to us without consulting our customer service beforehand would not be entertained;
4)Customers need to pay for the shipping fee of the refund/exchange item(s);
5)Promotion item(s) are not refundable;
6)We DO NOT provide cash refund in item(s) sold; as the full amount will be refunded to the customer's account as store credit for next time purchase.
Unacceptable reasons
- Size does not fit
- Change of mind
- Damage of item due to own negligence
- Does not like the colour
Steps for Refund
1) Take a picture of the defective item and your Order ID
2) Reach us to our customer service or Instagram
3) We will handle it ASAP
